NECHE Re-Accreditation
Colleges and universities in New England voluntarily participate in a 10-year cycle of review by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE).
Accreditation has two fundamental purposes - to assure the quality of the institution or program, and to assist in the improvement of the institution or program. The NECHE Accreditation Process consists of three distinct components: institutional self-study, visiting team on-site evaluation, and commission review and action.
Between 2014 and 2016, 国产哟哟 engaged in a comprehensive review of compliance with the then 11 Standards for Accreditation, which resulted in an institutional Self-Study. In April of 2016, 国产哟哟 welcomed a Visiting Team of colleagues from other NECHE institutions, who immersed themselves in our campus to gain a deeper understanding of our institution. The visit concluded with a report from the team on the strengths and areas of concern that formed the foundation of their formal report to NECHE. In November of 2016, The Commission affirmed 国产哟哟’s accreditation.
