Report an Incident of Sexual Misconduct

Individuals who wish to alert the University about an incident of sexual misconduct may do so in a variety of ways. The decision to file a formal report is not easily reached and can be an overwhelming prospect for those affected by sexual misconduct. Formal reports must be filed with the Title IX Coordinator Peter Testori, 413.565.1058, ptestori@baypath.edu.

The can be used to submit a report of an incident of sexual misconduct including discrimination, harassment or assault based on ability, age, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, race, sex or sexual orientation to the Title IX Coordinator. You may submit this form anonymously, however, the University’s ability to respond to the incident may be limited. The University will reach out to the Reporting Party (and/or the victim, if different and if known) to explore the report and options prior to opening a formal investigation.
