Jacqueline Snyder, Ed.D

Jacqueline Snyder brings to the position of adjunct faculty a unique combination of education experience coupled with a leadership background in business management, education administration, customer service, change management, culture and engagement, and organizational development.

Utilizing a coaching and facilitation model, Dr. Snyder brings 30 years of industry experience and real-world perspectives to the classroom. She has been involved in a number of successful re-accreditation initiatives at the higher education institution and academic program levels.

Dr. Snyder has held leadership roles for organizations such as the Limited Inc., public school districts, private higher education institutions, and institutions within the State University of New York (SUNY). She has consulted on topics such as creating a culture of continuous improvement in higher educational settings and regularly delivers presentations on assessment, leadership, and fostering organization culture.

Dr. Snyder earned her Doctorate of Education degree from Benedictine University in the area of Higher Education and Organizational Change. She holds two Master of Science degrees, both completed entirely online, one in Curriculum Development and Integrating Technology from SUNY University at Albany, and the second in Higher Education and Institutional Research from Drexel University.

Additionally, Dr. Snyder is a New York State certified teacher and holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Art History from SUNY College at Oneonta. A strong supporter of adult learners, Dr. Snyder completed the majority of her post-secondary education as a returning non-traditional student while working full-time and sustaining the needs of a large family.
