Dr. Lech has worked in education at various levels for more than a dozen years as a special education teacher and as a special education administrator at the elementary and middle school levels. Since leaving K12, she has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels specializing in special education and educational research. In addition, Dr. Lech has published several books examining best practices in special education. Below is a list of her publications.
