Miguel Flores has 10+ years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Throughout his career, he has worked as a supervisor, instructor, consultant, and now CEO of his current organization, Flex Learning. Flex Learning specializes in in-home-based ABA services, working with clients in early intervention up to adulthood. In addition to his direct work, Miguel has specialized experience in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT).
