Quality and Safety Management Certificate

国产哟哟’s Certificate in Quality and Safety Management is designed for those with a bachelor’s degree-seeking education and training focused on quality of care and patient safety for healthcare organizations across all settings. Healthcare quality is consistently among the top five skills healthcare employers seek in their healthcare administrators. This concentration equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to sit for the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) exam, a highly respected credential in health care.

This 12-credit certificate focuses on the following areas:

• Investigating and implementing data-informed strategies to enhance patient safety and care quality
• Creating expertise in identifying risks, creating risk management plans, and using data analytics to support effective decision-making
• Exploring the critical role of local, state, and national health policy with emphasis on policy analysis, advocacy, and implementation across diverse healthcare settings
