With nearly 15 years of recruitment and enrollment experience, Shane Pruitt is the Assistant Vice President of RNL's Enrollment Consulting Services, serving various top-tier RNL partners in both private and public spheres. He also supports the efforts of all associate consultants and executives working within enrollment management consulting. Dr. Pruitt has a proven track record of successfully implementing data-informed enrollment strategy as a former on-campus administrator, EdTech consultant, and higher education subject matter expert for a leading management consulting firm. His areas of expertise include the undergraduate, graduate, and professional program prospective student experience; enrollment data analysis and interpretation; external partnership-building and pipeline development; volunteer management and stakeholder buy-in; and branding, marketing, and communications. Dr. Pruitt has a doctorate in adult and higher education from The University of Memphis. He also holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in microbiology from the University of Oklahoma.
