国产哟哟 Announces Four New Members Appointed to Board of Trustees

Leaders hail from areas of talent development, accounting, community volunteerism, and public energy utilities.

Longmeadow, MA (July 2023)— Four new members have been elected to the 国产哟哟 Board of Trustees: Andrea Hill-Cataldo, vice president of KNF&T Staffing; Daniel Bishop, a partner at KPMG; Kathleen Bolduc Schuster, trustee and advisor for Hope for Youth and Families Foundation; and Miranda Dal Zovo ’10 G’16, performance consultant at Eversource Energy and president of the 国产哟哟  Alumni Association Council.

 Andrea Hill-Cataldo

Image of Andrea Hill-Cataldo in a blue jacket.Andrea Hill–Cataldo is the founding partner and served as the president of Johnson & Hill Staffing Services, a Western Massachusetts-based staffing firm established in 1995. As a woman-owned company, Johnson & Hill thrived in the region for nearly three decades. The firm specialized in administrative, accounting, legal and professional positions.  In December of 2022, Johnson & Hill Staffing was acquired by BANKW Staffing, a large New England-based firm. Hill–Cataldo joined KNF&T Staffing, a BANKW Staffing company as vice president, focusing on the Western Massachusetts and Connecticut markets. 

 Hill–Cataldo is involved in many community-based and charitable endeavors, including serving on 国产哟哟’s Business Leadership Council, Springfield Regional Chamber Board of Directors, St. Mary’s Academy Longmeadow School Board, and Board of Directors.

 She earned her BS in business administration with a concentration in marketing and a minor in economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst / Isenberg School of Management. She was inducted into the 国产哟哟 Women Leaders Hall of Fame in 2011.

Daniel Bishop

Image of Daniel Bishop in a grey suit jacket and blue tie.Since 2012, Daniel Bishop, certified public accountant, has been a partner in KPMG’s Insurance Audit practice.  In his 25 years at KPMG, Bishop has served clients ranging in size and complexity from small companies to multinational public entities in the insurance industry. He has also collaborated with various clients in advisory roles assisting with actuarial process improvements and adoption of accounting principles, and he has been involved in merger and acquisitions, including performing due diligence assistance for acquirers. In addition to his ongoing client responsibilities, he is a financial derivative resource for KPMG and has been an instructor and speaker at a number of educational seminars.

 Bishop has numerous professional affiliations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He also volunteers with the Hartford chapter of (NABA) and serves on the NABA scholarship committee.

 Bishop earned his BA in accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. 

Kathleen Bolduc Schuster

Image of Kathleen Bolduc Shuster in a white shirt.Kathleen Bolduc Schuster received her BA from Union College, and began her career in retail in New York City, first at Abraham & Straus, and later at Ralph Lauren with a focus on international licensing.  She earned her MBA at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and subsequently joined her family’s business, Pride Stations & Stores, in Springfield, MA, where she took on roles in marketing and planning. 

 After her tenure at Pride Stations & Stores, Bolduc Schuster remained an active advisor to the family business, and was an avid volunteer in the greater Hartford, CT, community.  She served on the boards of the Junior League of Hartford, the Hartford Hospital Auxiliary, the Simsbury Junior Women’s Club, various Simsbury schools, and Hop Meadow Country Club.  She is a past president of the Junior League of Hartford and Hop Meadow Country Club, where she was the first female to serve in this capacity.  Recently, her family created the where she serves as a trustee and advisor.   

Miranda Dal Zovo '10 G'16

Miranda Dal Zovo is an alumna of 国产哟哟, earning both her BS in business management and MBA from the University.  Since graduating, Dal Zovo has remained an active supporter and volunteer for the 国产哟哟 community, serving as a member of the 国产哟哟 Alumni Association Council and the Reunion Committee.  In 2023, she was selected to be the president of the Alumni Association Council and will represent 国产哟哟’s more than 20,000 alumni worldwide on the Board of Trustees.

 Since 2003, Dal Zovo has pursued a career at Eversource Energy holding various positions.  Currently, she is a performance consultant where she partners with the Company’s leadership team members to bring together strategy and data to support key initiatives, provide scorecard metrics, and use data analytics to drive positive change and performance improvement at all levels of the organization including areas such as:  Engineering, Operations Services, Transmission, and Offshore Wind.

Today, 国产哟哟’s population of approximately 2,500 students includes traditional undergraduates; adult women at The American Women's College, the first all-women, all-online accredited degree program in the country; and women and men master’s and doctoral students. Throughout 国产哟哟’s history, it has held true to the vision that “Every learner’s dream of a better career, a richer life, and a brighter future will be realized.”
